Childhood Lead Action Project is working with the City of Providence on application assistance for the Lead Safe Providence Program.

The Lead Safe Providence Program offers 100% forgivable loans to remediate lead hazards. 

Remediation May Include:

• New windows and doors

• Interior and exterior painting

• Vinyl siding

• Soil remediation

Key Eligibility Requirements

• Property built before 1978

• Child under the age of 6 lives in or visits the property

• Residents of property meet income qualification guidelines
